What’s your return policy?

Return for store credit within 90 days on regularly priced yarn in new, re-saleable condition, with receipt.

New Condition means:  yarn must be in its original skein, not wound or tangled, with its original label and must not have any strong odors such as smoke or perfume.


Do you ship?

Yes.  If you are in need of something specific and in stock, I am happy to ship it within the U.S, for actual shipping costs.


Do you have customer service?

I am available to answer your questions in person and by phone during regular hours or by email at other times.


Do you do special orders?

Special Orders are available from companies that Knitwise Yarns currently has a relationship with.  If the yarn you choose is one that is not currently kept in stock, bag minimums may apply.

Special Orders require a minimum 50% non-refundable down-payment.  No discounts on special orders.

Orders will be placed in a timely manner, however Knitwise Yarns is not responsible for delays or backorders from individual companies.  You will be notified of any known delays and also when your order arrives.

Full payment is due when items are picked up.

Special Orders are not returnable.

If Knitwise Yarns is unable to fulfill your special order, a refund of any down-payment will be given.
